Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, or failure to show up, will be automatically charged 50% of the service cost through the booking system. This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. Please note: custom work is non-refundable. Revisions are available within one week of your service. Deposits are non-refundable but applied toward your service. In the rare case that I need to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your rescheduled service. I kindly ask for your patience when reaching out. Messages will be responded to during my regular business hours. Inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed once I am back in the salon. This allows me to give my full attention to each guest in my chair and maintain healthy boundaries so I can serve you with the best energy and care. Thank you for your understanding!
